This is a story about my trip to the gym.

| 0:18 | bodybuilder is like hey can you spot me |
| 0:21 | and so out of first instinct I'm like |
| 0:23 | yeah sure why not and so he shows me to |
| 0:26 | the bar and stuff and there's three 45 |
| 0:28 | lb weights on each side of the bar and |
| 0:30 | I'm like holy crap dude and in my mind I |
| 0:33 | was like if you can't lift this I can't |
| 0:35 | do anything to help you so anyways he |
| 0:37 | gets on his back he's going to do his |
| 0:39 | first set and he did five reps you know |
| 0:41 | lifted the bar up and down five times he |
| 0:43 | didn't struggle and it was pretty easy I |
| 0:46 | didn't have to do anything I was there |
| 0:47 | for moral support and so as I'm about to |
| 0:50 | walk off he's like hey can you spot me |
| 0:52 | again and I'm like yeah sure why not so |
| 0:55 | you know he gets on his back he does his |
| 0:58 | second set and on about his last rep his |
| 1:01 | arm started to shake but he managed to |
| 1:03 | get the bar back on the rack and I was |
| 1:04 | nervous as crap not going to lie so I |
| 1:07 | tried to get out of there but before I |
